Can you believe it’s May already?! I put my head down for a second to focus on a few projects, and when I looked up, it was almost summer! We’ve been so busy over here, I wanted to pause and share some updates with you. I’ve been catching up with some of my favorite brands, from Cire Trudon to Cocolux Australia, and taking time to enjoy SoCal’s beauty—I’ve been loving the spring blooms and warmer weather. On top of all that, I had a chance to grab lunch with Cocolux Australia founder, Meisha Strykowski. It was our first time meeting in person, she was so inspiring—we chatted for four hours! We talked about the growing candle industry, the things that keep us motivated, and just everyday life. I promised I’d come to Australia to visit her one day, fingers crossed!
I almost forgot that I also celebrated my birthday this year in Palm Springs. The weather was perfect, the food was yummy, and the vibe was 1950s glam—stay tuned for a full article. I’ve also started hiking every week, getting into better shape and just enjoying all of the beautiful hiking trails that SoCal has to offer.
